His track record spans mergers and acquisitions, IPO execution, and corporate restructuring, successfully guiding companies through complex growth phases and public listings on major U.S. exchanges such as NASDAQ, NYSE, and OTC. Renowned for his sharp financial acumen and ability to identify high-potential opportunities across diverse industries, Mr. Ong has consistently helped organizations achieve both short and long-term goals through disciplined market analysis, operational insight, and investor engagement. He is also a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams, often sought for his perspective on navigating volatile markets and shaping resilient growth strategies. Rosano Sosrohadisewoyo graduated from the Bandung Institute of Technology (Indonesia) and now serves as Chief Executive Officer of IlmaScience Sdn Bhd. He brings over 35 years of energy sector experience across the Asia-Pacific region, having held leadership roles at Fortune Global 500 firms such as Baker Hughes and General Electric, as well as at Norwegian technology companies Archer Well Company and Altus Intervention. Known for his strategic insight and operational expertise, Mr. Rosano has led successful ventures in oil and gas and spearheaded the development of Ultrasonic Well Stimulation Technologies at IlmaScience. He has been recognized for fostering innovation and building collaborative partnerships that bridge technology and sustainability in the energy industry.
